Participant Guidelines
Annual Pass Conditions: * Valid for 12 months from the date of issue * Allows entry during normal day trading hours only (Excludes after hours events). * Cannot be altered, transferred or refunded * $5 replacement fee applies if card is lost or stolen * Child rate (4-13 years)
* Misconduct can result in suspension of cancellation at the discretion of Dreamworld Management * Terms & Conditions as displayed at front entry and throughout park are applicable * Dreamworld WhiteWater World reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Booking Notes
Must be booked at least 2 days before activity.
* Max Action Annual Pass covers all rides, shows and attractions - but not merchandise, food and beverage, FlowRider, helicopter rides and skill games. * Dreamworld/WhiteWater World does not guarantee the availability of rides and attractions (maintenance and closure may occur).
Session Length
Opening hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm for 363 days of the year (with extended hours during school holidays). Closed Christmas Day (December 25, all day) and Anzac Day (April 25, morning).
Cancellation Cover
It is recommended that at the time of booking, you consider purchasing GoDo Cancellation Cover. The GoDo Cancellation Cover is insurance cover for the purchaser when losses are incurred if the activity is canceled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND or guarantee exchange; Should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you may be able to make a claim to Mondial Insurance, Cancellation Cover provider.
