Overview
Day 1 starts with a scenic drive to Mount Tamborine MacDonald National Park. Enjoy morning tea in peaceful surroundings.
Our first walks of the day is the MacDonald rainforest circuit, and the Sandy creek and Cameron Falls circuit. View Giant Strangler Figs, Hoop Pine, Giant Buttress tress, an idyllic creek crossing, piccabeen palm groves and scenic views at Cameron Falls Lookout.
Time for a fresh picnic lunch prepared by your tour guide.
After lunch we journey to Joalah National Park and descend steep stairs to a large pool at the base of Curtis Falls.
Our last activity is to visit the Mount Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk. In a setting of 30 private acres of magnificent rainforest alongside a kilometer of tumbling creek and rockpools, this walkway is a stable, high-tech steel structure enabling visitors to explore the beautiful middle and upper canopies of the rainforest.
Day two is visiting Springbrook National Park. Today is waterfalls, waterfalls and more waterfalls! We visit Natural Arch and cave, do a two hour walk around the Twin Falls circuit, walk under 100m waterfalls, visit the Best of All Lookout and check out some glow worms in a glow worm cave.
Two days and one night packed of mystery and insight to the World Heritage - Central Eastern Rainforest Reserves.
